  • Fabric Selection: For customizable items, you are responsible for selecting the fabrics according to the guidelines provided. You may also choose the mystery option, where we select fabrics on your behalf.
  • Customization: Custom items are made-to-order and are unique to each customer. We will use the fabrics and design elements you choose to create your item, and the final product may vary slightly from the images due to the nature of handcrafted work.
  • Special Requests: You may include special requests in your order notes. We will do our best to accommodate these requests, but they are subject to review and may not always be possible.

3. Order Processing and Delivery

  • Custom Items Processing Time: The current processing time for custom items is 4-5 weeks. This timeline is subject to change, and we will provide updates on our Instagram @chaotic_melodic.
  • Ready-to-Ship Items Processing Time: The current processing time for ready-to-ship items is 1-2 weeks.
  • No Rush Orders: We do not offer rush orders. Please plan your purchases in advance to ensure timely delivery for your events.
  • Shipping: Shipping cost is free, and we only ship within the U.S.

4. Returns and Exchanges

  • Custom Items: Due to the personalized nature of custom items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for these products. Please review your fabric choices and customization details carefully before placing your order.
  • Non-Custom Items: For non-custom items, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the items are unused and in their original condition. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Payment

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price you see at checkout is the final price you will pay.
  • Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and other online payment options.
